Fairy wood?

Nope, the Pine Barrens of NJ. This picture doesn't do it justice, but today was an absolutely gorgeous day in the pine barrens.

Despite driving an hour to reach them whilst my lab partners napped, walking around for a mere 45 minutes, and then driving an hour back to campus, whilst my lab partners napped again, it was a nice day.

There was one area that we were in, the cedar swamp, that seriously looked like a forest out of a fairytale. Sadly we power walked through it and so I could not get a picture without getting left behind. So, this picture will have to suffice.
