Fun with new camera

I have to say I'm quite impressed with my new compact camera - things have certainly come on since my last one (Sony P120).

I'm finding that Handheld Twilight mode is great for natural light photos in low light. It takes three photos and then merges them to reduce the noise. And the results are pretty impressive for a tiny wee camera!

I'm not even sure I could get anything as good on my 7D - and I certainly couldn't get as close as this to little ornaments without buying another lens!
