Sun. Run. Fun?
So I've been having a 'address the work/health/life balance' moment for a while realising I self inflict too many work hours, eat too much rubbish and was loosing the schedule of exercise. It happens about every six months. So I cut back on food, put on my shoes and take up jogging again.
Maybe this time it will last? Who am I kidding? But suppose its better than nowt!
