Atissue!

Wednesday once again, so back to work I go, hey ho.
Today we were finishing off some vases the members have been creating out af a plastic bottle and torn tissue paper. When finished, we put them up on the window ledge to dry.(some of them, nay most of them, were CEMENTED together with P.V.A. glue!!!)What a transformation.A little bit of sunlight shining through and the vases resembled stained glass. How could something so ordianary look so fantastic?
So, remove the bottle tops, loose the window ledge, add a couple of effects and look what we get ------I think our members work would stand up to the best in any modern art exhibition, ha ha, and all from a few drinks bottles and scrap paper.Amazing what a little bit of sunlight can do! It can transform us as people in the same way, so - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 'let the sun shine in!'
I just have to add one of my favourite quotes at this point:
"People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in, their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within."
Elisabeth Kubler-Ross.
How true are these words.
Moving on, I thought fellow Blippers should have some homework to do (take your minds of photography)
HOW MANY BOTTLES ARE IN THE PICTURE?Answers on your computer screens please.
