'Not Lying Down''

Laying in bed all day yesterday was seemingly the wrong thing to do. I dislodged my wandering particles again.

So Opendoor expertly performed the Epley maneuver last night and I'm not so dizzy today (that's something that doesn't happen too often!!)

And, I have stayed upright (apart from when I took this, obviously) ensuring the particles stay firmly where they should. In my inner ear - not floating around my bits and bobs. I even managed to read the whole of 'The Hungry Caterpillar' from start to finish.... without getting stuck at any of the big words.

Happy days. I'm bored and want to go back to work!
