Baby Wagon

I think these two women run a daycare center in the neighborhood. If you look at my blip for October 14th, you'll see another photo of them on an outing with little toddlers. In my earlier photo, the women were herding the children who were grasping (or strung together) on a rope. This time they have most of them in this big wagon. These children didn't seem to be enjoying their ride - every single one of them was crying. The women were being very patient with them and were speaking to them in Spanish. They certainly seemed to have their hands full.
