Tired this morning so delegation of dog walking.

Work was a pillage of my mind.

Last Pie, pint and a play today, fairly intense and a wee bit of interaction. I will miss these lunchtime therapy sessions.

Ran home and felt brilliant.

Made apple and bramble jam, these are the tools of the process.
