Newhaven Harbour
Almost spelled it Haarbour.
Another day of misty drizzle. And work. Paused here on my way home and thought; why not?
Newhaven, (now part of Edinburgh, then part of Leith), is a harbour built by James IV in order to build the ship the Great Michael, the largest warship in Europe.
Newhaven, latterly, became a fishing port.
The Great Michael was sold off to France on the cheap.
James IV went on to Flodden field.
Not necessarily in that order.
