Turkey Lurkey

Tonight, I found the Pesto lurking among the basil plant. We had a very green tea of green pasta, pesto, spinach and leek.

It reminded me of the time during the Christmas hols. A few days after Boxing Day, Mr H's Dad ,looking very pleased with himself came through to the throng. Guess what I've found, he says, producing a big baking tin with lots of foil.... Turkey Lurkey , he announced. It had been lurking in the conservatory, or maybe even hiding. Thankfully, it didn't smell too bad as the Scottish winters are so coooold.
