Blooming plaster!

Regular viewers will know that I am renovating a house and have been having some plastering done. Well this little area won't dry out, took a little heat too it over the last two nights to try and get it into a paintable position. Have given up and gone to the pub after it cracked, blistered and a small amount fell off.
