Passion for tea

Tea Master Class with Jane Pettigrew (one of the world's leading tea experts) organised by Twinings was a great day learning all about the tea history, culture, manufacture, blends and brewing.
Then followed the tasting and re-creating an English Breakfast tea blend. Did quite well, coming in third place.
