Blackberry Jam

First preserving of the whole year. We walked through the farmer's market today and a gorgeous flat of blackberries looked too good to resist. We should have made more though as it only resulted in 4 jars of jam. Hopefully it will be delicious come February though. We still have a large batch of strawberries in the freezer waiting to be made into jam.
