Two canceled appointments today, sadly I found out about the first one, about 30 seconds too late! GRR.

Out for coffee in the afternoon, with a bit of a chinwag too.

Interesting spam in my in-box today. Subject: UPGRADE YOUR PENIS. Hmm, well that's a worry I was unaware that this would be an option for one's penis. Mind you stick the word "upgrade" into Wikipedia and you'll find the following; generally meaning a replacement of hardware, software or firmware with a newer or better version, in order to bring the system up to date or to improve its characteristics.
