Waiting

Last Thursday the helpful customer service consultant at SKY talked me through a set of steps to bring back the four or five channels we had temporarily stopped receiving. They not only managed to lose every single channel but also wipe all the stuff we'd ever recorded. Including the film of Joe when he was a mascot for FC Barcelona.

To put matters right they suggested an engineer could visit for £65. Now there's a great business model.

Eventually they agreed that it would be most appropriate to make it a free visit. So I'm waiting around today. Better make myself useful and tidy up the front lawn, don't want the neighbours complaining.
