Every year we go to the same place

And every year we come away saying that we might not go next year as it wasn't that good.

Glasgow Green's fireworks display seems to be getting bland in it's old age. I remember the journey there and back home rather than the display this year.

In saying that we usually drive but instead this year we left the house at 3pm to catch Laludette at our shop to get some dinner in the west end for 6pm. We then squeezed ourselves onto the Underground, getting split up in doing so, and then arriving at the green just after the display started.

On the way home we just missed our bus and had the driver of the next one tell us to bugger off because we had a pram which mean got home for 10pm.

As for photographs of the fireworks? Well the only place we could stand was directly under the floodlights with a tree between ourselves and the display. Needless to say after the first few blown out shots I gave up trying.
