Birds and branches.

There was a wee bit of rain today, and I hate to say it, but it was really welcome.

And, the sun has come out for the sunset.

When I pulled into my drive, I noticed these birds on the willow tree; I realised how lucky I am to have trees that birds can sit in.

Until 10 years ago, I had nothing but grass in the garden. When I started planting, I knew that it would mean more work, but I knew that it would be worth it.

The willows are now over 10 feet tall, and it is great to see the birds fighting over the perches.
