Spoilt for choice
The day started with frost and temperature of 4C, the coldest morning yet this autumn, but beautiful and sunny. After our country dancing, I walked up to the library to spend an hour or so browsing before my stint with the grandchildren. It just occurred to me when I browsed this noticeboard, how lucky we are to live in a town where there is so much on the go, both culturally and physically. We have all the advantages of town life, but the country is so near to us too; we have the most wonderful glen and can walk for ten miles or so. Thinking all these thoughts made me feel good, however I was brought back to reality by the ironing in the afternoon. Ach well!!!!
