Autumn carpet

A carpet of beech leaves in the wood are just a delight to see at the moment. It was still a bit misty this morning when we were out walking and now we have fairly thick fog.

This afternoon was our walk with Euan and after a visit to the library and getting some shopping we returned home to enjoy a cuppa and rhubarb tart with Ali.

Off to pick up Andrew from work before some more comfort food on this dismal grey day!
