Sunlit slopes

Not a very exciting image, but all I got today. This was taken while we were out biking on the Little Miami trail this afternoon. It was another beautiful day, though somewhat breezy, so we chose a more sheltered part of the trail, which unfortunately is also the most frequented part of the trail. Being a nice sunny weekend afternoon, it was a popular place to be, and we had to park in the second overflow parking, and even there, people were doing creative parking by the time we returned! After our bike ride there was just time for a cup of tea before going out again. Yesterday we had received a phone call from some friends we hadn't seen in a long time - to invite us to their church choir concert late this afternoon, which included Vivaldi's Gloria. We love that music, and in any case it was a good opportunity to meet up with our friends again. After the concert the four of us went out to eat and catch up on each others news. Now, we're waiting for our daughter Laura to get in touch via Google chat from Belize.
