The Stourhead Estate

in Wiltshire was just a mecca today for anyone with a family, dog(s), pushchair, picnic, camera, or all of the above.

Everyone was there. Even the overflow car park had a overflow car park.

We were all there to see the beautiful colours on the trees around the lake. And we weren't disappointed.

Just breathtaking.

What a beautiful walk but I did feel a bit sad as I kept meeting lots of spaniels and I miss my two girls very much.

Mr G and I agreed that Rocket and Radar would absolutely love it here.

The prize for the cutest dog of the day has to go to the mini black and tan dachshund with the fur trimmed hoody....ahhh.

After our walk we sat in the courtyard of The Spread Eagle inn and enjoying our lattes and meeting more doggies.
