Mad dogs & Englishmen.........

I went to a DIY store this morning to get some bits so that I could work in the house. After being out in the glorious sunshine, I realised that I wasn't going to do anything indoors today. So, at 12:06pm I openend my first of many beers for the day. We had a Bbq and invited Alison, Paul & the kids round. I got the paddling pool and the water slide out and the kids played all afternoon. Eventually, they went to another friends house, so Paul & I took our lives in our hands and went on the slide. The kids promptly joined us again - this is me, watched by everyone (except Gail who was taking the photo), hurling myself down the slide and just stopping short of the greenhouse. Paul was wearing a white shirt (you can see him in the background), by the end of the mahem, it was about 4 sizes too big for him, and I doubt that any washing powder could get those mud stains out.
All in all, a fantastic day with excellent company!
