What's going on?

Was inspired by Copenhagen''s entry for 5th November to see if I could produce something different. This gig was practising a turning manoeuvre in Welsh Back but somehow the oarsmen stop being synchronised - is there something spooky going on here 'cos Hallowe'en is long gone!
