Bamburgh

Roz and I had a trip down to Sunderland today to pick up an ebay purchase which was too large, heavy and fragile to consider having shipped.

We had a leisurely drive down the Coldstream road with a stop for lunch in a beer garden en-route. We found the sellers house despite the AA route finders directions. On the way back up we decided to take the scenic route and went via the costal route taking us through Seahouses and Bamburgh. We'll have to go back there for some camping soon as it was a nice part of the country.

When we got home we had a couple of friends out for dinner and a viewing of No country for old men. The food was decent and the film excellent if a little unresolved.
