Kaikoura

Busy day at work and the end of the first week in the office.

Then on a plane at 3.30 and flying North to Wellington. Snapped this photo as we flew over Kaikoura.

Picked up the rental car and headed north to Ruapehu were I am riding for the weekend. Caught up with the group at Bulls where we had dinner, made it to Ohakune around 10pm, after which a few beers were consumed, heading to bed at 1am.

Perfect training for a 47km ride the next day!
