Arboreal umbrage

Linda and I began the Christmas bazaar season by popping in to a few church halls and seeing what goodies were available (peach jam, Christmas cookies, some cheap paperbacks, for example). I was waiting outside St. James the Apostle in Sharon, Ontario so I took some snaps of the tree then turned to see the cool shadow on the church roof nicely contrasting with the white walls and blue sky.
