Lonely Vigil

My RSPB where to go book says this is an area of significant importance to the Red Throated Diver. So off we wandered, or in my case, hobbled, down to the coast for a spot of sea watching!

There is a lot of sea and only a little bit of duck! We managed to see a few Cormorants, gulls and our first Shearwater, but alas no Red Throated Divers!

It was good to get out and about today. I was quite sore this morning, but another hours sleep after breakfast seem to sort me out!

This afternoon we met up with fellow blipper/ tweeter Bevosity in her home town of Beccles. Which is a lovely Market town in north Suffolk.

After coffee and cake she showed us around.

The day is still young. Bev is coming here now to the Dolphin Inn with two of my first twitter friends, Jo and Joe Cassels for a meal and twedding Tweet up! So I had better get ready!!
