Not Very Wise Owl

I live in De Beauvoir, Hackney. Very close to me is the Regents Canal, and it's a 20 min walk to Angel. On the way yeaterday I spotted this plastic owl keeping an eye on its owner's house boat. The boat, it's contents and it's colour brighten up what is a fairly drab few meters of that part of the canal. The owl looks as if he might have had a few.
