The Mute Swan is one of the heaviest flying birds averaging about 12 kg. Their wingspan can be up to 240 cm.

Ran home through Inverleith Park where loads of these BIG birds live.
They fly over our stables and generally I hear them before I see them. seems incredible that they can even get off the ground.
