Fall Color II

We have this strange little tree in our yard that always gets lovely fall color on its tiny little leaves. I have no idea what it is though - can anyone identify it? A rainy gloomy day but I did at least go on a short run this morning. I am sick of all my clients at the moment and am ready for a new year. I am looking forward to that clean slate feeling.
