Barred Owl

I was lucky on this gloomy this morning to have enough light break through briefly to be able to capture this lovely bird; my friend Steve photographs them swooping around his yard, but that is beyond me! I am just happy to have finally caught one in the wild, or at all. I do have an Eagle owl somewhere but he was in a rescue center.
