Union Canal

Took my fishing rod for a walk along the Union Canal this morning. A pleasant walk with many folk out on foot and bike enjoying themselves. Alas, I never caught anything but had a fair bit of fun trying and now I find myself in front of my Mac reliving the short time I spent there.

I'm on holiday now for eleven days and am looking forward to sharing some of that time with my lovely wife. There are some hills to be walked, a shed to be roofed, some fish to be caught and some burns to be surveyed. Oh yes, it's going to be a fun time indeed.
