Julia

This is the lovely Julia my Weight Watchers leader, she really is one of the nicest people I've ever met, she's really positive and kind, down to earth, very funny and so helpful!
I really appreciate her letting me photograph her today as she is a big part of my life at the moment and a huge help and source of encouragement and inspiration and I wanted to feature her in my journal!

I forgot to say last Friday that I lost another pound and I lost one more this week, 12.5 in all so far! I'm feeling so much better about myself, it's fab!
