Keeping my Faith!

Today as I was finishing up my work day getting ready to walk out and begin my 3 day weekend for my sons wedding, I can't an awful phone call. It was Greg, asking me to hurry home, I could tell he was hurt, I asked what happened? He said he fell off the ladder in the yard, he believed he had broke his leg.

I rushed out, called 911 on my way home, I know I drove like a bat out of hell. When I arrived at the house, Greg was on the ground screaming in pain, his mother had arrived and the ambulance.

Turns out he fell 15 feet off the ladder as he was cutting down a tree limb, which I've pleaded with him not to do because if his health condition not to mention he is home alone.

Here I sit in the hospital, Greg broke his femur bone in 3 places and his ankle. This photo is his ankle with a temporary rod. He will go into surgery in a matter of a few hours to have more pins put in his femur. He is in so much pain.

The wedding will go on, but unfortunately Greg will miss the first of our sons to get married. But he's alive and God was with him today because he could have broke his neck.
