Paola (the lovely woman organizing the transport/food) always has us on quite a strange food schedule. Its a bizarre blend of a Haitian lunch (served VERY late past 3pm) and an American/Haitian supper (Heaping american portions replace the typical light haitian snack, but still served at typical soupe timing- around 9). With sea food, stewed goat, pasta, salad, lambi (conche), pikliz, fried plantains, rice and beans etc. etc. who's complaining?
