Hands up if you're happy!

I spent today at the Cotswold Conference Centre supporting The Learning Architect with a Happiness at Work conference. What a wonderfully inspiring, energising and thought provoking day it was. An excellent line up of presenters provided some compelling evidence of why it really pays to be happy!

I took my camera along (of course) to capture some of the highlights of the day. It was difficult to choose just one photo for today's Blip. This one was taken during the grave yard shift after lunch (if you can believe it). Amanda introduced us to the delights of a laughter workshop. What better way to restart an afternoon session? I can't claim any of my photos are technically great, but I particularly like this one because it illustrates the energy, inhibition and sheer enjoyment of the moment.
