Night time in Inverness.

Very much a grab shot. Approaching cyclist; adjust settings; pre-focus on a nearby spot; re-compose and wait till he's near the spot; and fire. 3 seconds maximum for that sequence. Could have done with turning more to the left.

Couldn't escape at lunchtime, and was pre-booked after work to tackle some e-mail issues, for a friend of a friend. Took a detour back in to town on the way home, for a brief Blip hunt.
