Storm Remnants & Frustrations

This is the remnants of my Dogwood tree that used to grace my front yard with four seasons of beauty. I loved this tree, but it split in the center during the storm, & I'm not holding out much hope it's at all salvageable :(

Still no power, but somehow the internet is working. Things are looking up. Our road is not opened yet, but I'm hoping it will be by morning. I drove 2 hrs. total to take & pick up Hannah at school today. Ridiculousness. This has to be the worst post-storm clean-up ever in our area. Trees are in power lines everywhere & slowly are getting taken care of. Geez, blizzards don't keep us down this long!

As soon as I realized I had internet, I hopped onto Blipfoto to catch up! I've missed this so much over the past almost 6 days! I've back-blipped the photos since the October Snowstorm if you get a chance to see what I've been dealing with in my absence. Can't wait to get back to viewing all your journals & (hopefully) soon returning to normal. I was only able to pop on via my iphone a few times while out this week.
