Surfin

I wanted to get on with the dishes so I could watch the football, but Brian wanted to go surfing. Until he got soap in his eyes.

Training course at work today - managing effectively - which was quite good. Nice to get away from my desk. And because I'd got a few people interested, it was held in Inverness rather than us all travelling down to Edinburgh.

After work, I went for a walk with Emma and Murphy - first time for ages. Good to get some fresh air and still quite mild outside.
