City Radio Cars

I have to visit London four times this week. Today was the second trip and I only had time for a quick wander. In a side street off the City road I came upon the very run down Dingley Place at the end of which stands the long abandoned City Radio Cars. Surrounded by four and five storey warehouses, close up the building has some rather ornate feautres and I wonder what its original purpose was. No one lingers here now.
