Swanning around

Took myself out for a walk at lunchtime to get away from my desk and ensure I saw some daylight. I found some young swans on the canal - they came quite close as they were hopeful I had a pack lunch up my jumper, but alas they were to be disappointed...I wonder how long before the brown feathers have gone completely.
