Not happy!

This evening I am not a happy little collie dog. There are 3 reasons for this:-

1) Ann was late home from work this afternoon. She muttered something about it taking longer to do an audit than she thought. (Audits are 'holiday property' inspections to ensure they are up to 'Visit Britain' standards.) Well I don't care what she does at work. I just know what time she comes home and I was waiting for my walk.

2) I went to Carbis Bay Beach for my walk. There were loads of people there. It's November for goodness sake. Why are there so many people about? In November I expect to have the whole beach to myself. And most of the people didn't even have dogs with them - they were just out for an afternoon stroll. Perhaps the Carbis Bay Hotel is running a cheap midweek break or something? Anyway I spent most of my walk in the sea.

3) After my walk we went to Tescos. I don't like Tescos. When I hear the word 'Tesco' I know that means I'm going to have to sit in the car by myself and wait. That's a bit boring!

4) I know I said I had 3 reasons why I'm not happy but Ive just thought of another. When Ann came out of Tescos and got back into the car all the windows were steamed up and the car smelt of wet dog. She blamed me. I am cross. It wasn't my idea to go to Tescos and what does she expect if she leaves a wet dog in the car. Grrrr grrrrr ...............................

However, now I've had my dinner, Ann says she's not going out to 'dancercise' tonight 'cos she's too tired, so we're going to spend the evening together.

......................Soon I will be happy again. YAY!!!
