Hanging on to summer

I'm grounded at home today with a throat infection, and got a bit restless earlier so went out into the garden (it's extremely mild!) to experiment a bit with my macro lens.

The hortensias are still blooming, and though paler than they were a few months ago, still add some colour to the garden.
