Yellow rose

Today's the day ..................... to remember a friend

This beautiful yellow rose is in the garden at work - one of the few plants still in flower as we go into November. Yellow roses always make me think of a lady that I used to work for.

She loved the colour yellow and wore it often. Although in her eighties, she drove a yellow sports car for a while - and it really suited her!

She was a real character and I remember her with great fondness. Yellow roses were her favourite flower .................
