Me and my Guitar

Following on from yesterday, here's another thing I don't really do any more!

Unlike yesterday though, I was never really any good at the guitar to begin with. This was my very first one and it has been seriously abused over the year. First of all, it had me as an owner. That's pretty much all the abuse it got.

Excpet for the fact that we had to remove the E string. High school music project 'Make your own Instrument'. I forgot about it until the night before so dad drilled a few holes in a biscuit tin, we taped the lid on, broke the outside broom to use the handle for a neck, hammered a few nails in, stole the E string off the guitar and attached it.

Banjo!

No idea what happened to that. Fun times.

And when I say 'we' I mean 'Dad'. I really didn't have much to do with it.
