Happy Birthday to Me

Yes it's my birthday and another year older. Amazing how fast time goes by as you age. I can handle this years birthday relatively well although the next and the following year may be more difficult to swallow. The BIG 40 is creeping up on me much faster than I'd like it to. For now I will just appreciate being 38. I committed to making change this new birthday year. Lots of laughter, appreciation, good times and exercise...yes I said the "E" word. Yuck!

No big plans for today that I'm aware of. The hubbies work has been stressful lately with 12-14 hour days so I'm pretty certain it a low key birthday. This is the birthday coffee my mom just surprised me with on my front porch this morning. Such a great way to start the day!
