I had a bit of a busy day today, went to the dietitian this morning and got my new all singing, all dancing 1400 calories a day super duper epileptic diet, it has a name - I just can't remember it and I think what I call it sounds way better.

Then we came home, I burnt lunch (because I was on blip!!) so we made do with some crusty bread and ham and then we went a drive to Bo'ness for no apparent reason, it was nice though and I got some pretty cool shots of an old railway, I just can't be bothered to process them which is why we have Logan trying to fool me into thinking i'm getting pics of him when really he couldn't have put his toy car any closer to my lens.

Back home now and Logan and I are having dinner and Marcus is catching up with some drawings for work. I may spend 350 of my calories on a nice cold bottle of Magners cider, or I could start my diet tomorrow...
