Proud of this.

I was so fond of this knife that when the bakelite handle disintegrated through age I decided to carve a new handle out of some scrap wood I had in the garage.
It's just an old vegetable knife but I find myself strangely attached to it... I was particuarly pleased with the wooden rivets. These were fashioned from an old paintbrush out of the makey box (you know what a makey box is........don't you?
It's so strange what makes you happy sometimes.
