There is only so much shaving one man can take

Control is all. I wish not to control everything everyone else does but one needs a certain amount of control over oneself otherwise chaos comes.

Had a very interesting session on meditation today, all to do with work life balance, which I feel I get right most of the time. This evening, it was not going so well as violin lessons were not on someone else's agenda. There are days with and some without as they say.

So I am trying to give something back in my own way and this is in the shape of facial hair. No upper lip shave for a few weeks.

Badminton was brilliant, in spite of small numbers.
