Pomegranate

quick blip tonight... of a Pomegranate...

I always associate them with this time of year... and have fond memories of sitting eating them with a pin when I was little... used to keep me occupied for ages...

Plus they're a great colour, and apparently they're now a superfood, so bonus I can feel all virtuous when I scoff them...

very tired this evening, been to work and to the gym and I guess all that haunting and serial killing from the weekend really took it out of me : )
