Quick breakfast...

Running late this morning...decided for a quick breakfast...took a few bites of my newest find...Haagen Dazs Acai Berry Sorbet.

I've been eating and drinking Acai (ah-sigh-EE) for a while now and love it. Its known as the "wine of the Amazon". Full of nutrients, vitamins, and antioxidants...and has all of the omega fatty acids.

The taste - a combination between berries and chocolates and has a deep purple color. Deelish too!
